I was super excited to get this blanket… Overhauled review!! While my first blanket, which arrived on the 5th, had a noticeable defect, customer service helped me right away after i provided evidence, and sent a replacement, free of defects!! I just got it today! I am very happy with this whole experience. My only thing is that i wish the blanket was thicker, since its pretty thin. Updated on December 18th 2023.

I had some issues with shipping that the company addressed and went above and beyond to make sure items were received by Christmas.
