Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Answered my questions in a very timely manner and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. We were all very impressed with the quality and the hanging system that they incorporate into the draperies. I will definitely order again! Beautiful Custom made curtains After several failed attempts trying to get the correct curtain size shipped to us from Amazon, we finally saw this website and decided to give it a try. We were so happy we finally got the correct size and love the material and pattern of the selection we made for our family room. It took approximately 3 weeks but we didn't care as long as we were happy with the purchase. We will definitely be using this company again in the future for any curtain purchases we have.

I ordered the free fabric samples ahead of time (which I would highly recommend doing) - and then I followed their measurement guidelines... the curtains fit perfectly, the material is beautiful, and they look very high-end. We had an issue that required assistance from customer service - they responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I've ordered 3 sets of curtains from them so far...
