GB4 star I got myself one of those magnetic sewing cushion clip holders, and honestly, the magnets didnt quite live up to the hype in my book. If youre not super careful when you put your stuff on it, things tend to just plop right off. I was really crossing my fingers for a more robust magnetic pull to keep my metal items in check, but it just didnt deliver on that front.

Having a stable ruler is a game changer because it means fewer cutting errors that can lead to fabric waste and, worse, potential injuries. I used to rely on those colored non-slip dots for my rulers, but these clear ones have won me over. The best part? You can see right through them. That's a real boon, especially when you're working with those fabulously printed fabrics.
