Slow Customer Support I want to express my disappointment regarding the response time of the company's customer support. Although the product itself works well and is worth the investment, I've encountered an issue with getting timely responses from them. My emails have been sent, and I've had to wait an extended period for a reply. This has been frustrating and is not something customers should have to endure, despite the product's excellent performance. I hope the company can improve their response time to provide a better overall experience for users.

Just what I needed! We just redid our shower and the first time I cleaned it was absolutely awful! I was down on the ground trying to scrub by hand and I thought this is for the birds! I remember years ago my mother had a hand held scrubber and I used to clean the bathtub for her and then it dawned on me, why don't I just go to Amazon and look for a tile scrubber but maybe one with a long handle so I don't have to be down on the ground. When I came across this I figured wow it's got all these attachments, surely it will work and be way better than the way I am cleaning it now! Well I couldn't be more pleased! This device has so many different attachments and even a soft one to do the side walls that don't need rough scrubbing.

Easy Peasy Okay so this bad boy gets 4 stars. I opted for the larger one because I wanted to be able to do my floors (tile grout) with it. I probably should have gone with medium - it is almost impossible to get into the corners / edges underneath the cabinets. The base is too wide - if I use the angled brush you can reach there but again the base won’t let you go put pressure on it.

Awesome scrubber This scrubber exceeded my expectations. I love it. I use it to scrub the sliding shower doors, tub, glass stove top and get grease off the cabinets.

It does the job I’ve used the corner brush and round scrubber to clean my shower. They worked well without too much labor on my part. My only small negative is that removing the brush heads took a bit of wiggling around. I also like the audio and charging features.
