Slow Customer Support I want to express my disappointment regarding the response time of the company's customer support. Although the product itself works well and is worth the investment, I've encountered an issue with getting timely responses from them. My emails have been sent, and I've had to wait an extended period for a reply. This has been frustrating and is not something customers should have to endure, despite the product's excellent performance. I hope the company can improve their response time to provide a better overall experience for users.

Good product! I bought the product to help my husband and I get some scrubbing done around the house. I love it. I bought this to help me scrub my bathroom and hard to get to places. I love it. I have 2 forms of arthritis and getting in the tight spots was very hard on me. Now I can reach these spots and the included attachments work great. Wish I'd have spent the money on one sooner. Will definitely buy again when I wear this one out.
