Deceitful Customer Service Company swore that they shipped my product when I noticed that the USPS tracking did not update for 2 weeks. They said the package was most likely not scanned in error by USPS. Customer service eventually got back to me (slow response times, FYI) to say that they actually did forget to ship the package. Good on them for owning up to their mistake, but the package did not make it by Christmas and it was a gift.

Great Fast service, and the pillows are beautiful. Gave two for birthday presents then bought two for myself. Love them.
