Best heat pack for that time of the month! I’ve had many different kinds and shapes of heat packs but the Original Heat Therapy pack is by far my favorite! Impressed with quality of linens I started with kitchen linens and heater ( full size). Impresse with quality and details on the kitchen linens. They get better with washing - which is not the case even with the big brand linens. I got heater for my cramps but got shoulder pain- heat it up in the microwave for 2,5 minutes and place it on the shoulder while working - worked like magic. No more stinky patches from drug store - this is way better and you can reuse forever.
