It arrived promptly and complete, without missing parts. Its weight is just right for my ceiling, unlike a previous heavy one that posed concerns. Though attaching all the crystals was a bit of a hassle, the end result is worth it-it looks fantastic and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.
