Easy to Use, Great Customer Service I had a really positive experience with giftbit. I used the service to pay research participants via a Visa gift card. The platform was easy to use and the customer service was fantastic. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

Shady business practices I received a prepaid Visa from a company (which I thought was great) as a referral bonus. I thought I used it, but apparently I didn't, so it expired. I never received a notification email or reminder. Giftbit could have reissued it, but chose not to, keeping the funds for themselves and leaving me in a worse position than if I never referred anyone at all. Don't use this company unless you want to disappoint your customers and enrich a shady company.

Amazingly fast and informative customer support Ran into a snag redeeming a gift card as an incentives app end user and reached out to support. They updated me on the status insanely fast and I'm very impressed to get such a quick response via email support these days. I feel confident it will be resolved soon but realize my particular issue is a B2B thing outside of their control. Incredible customer service!
