Easy to Use, Great Customer Service I had a really positive experience with giftbit. I used the service to pay research participants via a Visa gift card. The platform was easy to use and the customer service was fantastic. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

An unfortunate waste of time. We were very optimistic about GiftBit and used the test production site to build an automation. Unfortunately after spending the time building the test account we were basically told we wern't big enough to use their API service and that they wouldn't turn our account on. This was very frustrating since we spent all the time to get our automation up and running just to to have our account turned down without really a good reason. One would think they would be worried about people using their service maliciously, not just because they were small. Overall we're very frustrated with the time we wasted getting the service to work and trying to get approved to use it live. The API documentation seems good but the approval process is slow and frankly not worth it.

Our employees have been delighted with the gift options. The platform lets you be creative and personalize our employee recognition program.

Lowered Administrative Time Managing Rewards Our organization had utilized a more manual type of rewards program, however; after hearing about giftbit, we thought we would give it a try. It has already helped to decrease the time that we spend sending out rewards by at least 50%.

I am a teacher I am a teacher and have a grant to spend money on my students. This was a great way of creating incentives for my class and students. It was a great reward system.
