Amazon glitch…. I tried to order the lightbulbs through Amazon. For some reason, they insisted they could not deliver them to my home in Washington State. So I called Sleeklighting directly. A very nice man in customer service said they should be able to deliver them. So that mystery remains unsolved. Happily he offered to ship the bulbs to me directly…..with no shipping charge. These 2 prong bulbs are not easy to find in my area. I am one happy, walking advertisement for Sleeklighting now.

Very Personal and Quick Response to Small Problem The number of possible light bulbs is insane and, as a result, occasional wrong sizes can end up in one's lap. My high rating of 5 is due to the quick fix of an order problem, the system thought the package held 6 bulbs when it held 4. Sleek got back to me quickly. For that, I'd recommend using the email contact they have on the site. Next day, I got a personal phone call and all fixed quickly!

I called and emailed from your site… I called and emailed from your site with no response. You sent me the wrong size bulbs (8 total). I ordered CFLGU24, 13 W, 4200K, you sent me CFLGU24 27K, 2700K. They do not fit my overhead kitchen lights. I need to exchange them for the correct size. How do I return them and get the ones I need? Iris Rodak
