I ordered an item on the 15th I ordered an item on July 15th 2022. I received a confirmation of the order but that was it. I reached out on the 20th of July to see when I would receive a shipped email. I was told that the item shipped on that day. I sent an email on July 26th to see if I could be provided the tracking number since I hadn’t received it yet. With the tracking number I would be able to track it on my own etc. I was sent a number that did not come up on fedex, ups, usps, or dhl. I then emailed back to see which shipper do they use so that I can track it with the tracking number provided and the communication stopped. I’m starting to think these reviews on here are fake which is sad because it’s the only reason I took the chance of ordering from here in the first place. I hope I don’t have to report to the Better Business over 60 something dollars. It’s a sad case! Update: to receive a response from another scam of a website to check tracking. I just want my money and I know not to ever order from this place again.
