I ordered handles and pulls for two… I ordered handles and pulls for two bathroom renovations, in black and in gold. The quality is exceptional and I have received a ton of compliments on the style. I wasn’t able to find anything comparable locally. The handles arrived quickly and were packaged very well. I had a slight issue after install and Cami resolved the issue for me immediately. I will certainly be shopping at Forge Hardware Studio for a further renovation in the future.

1920’s bungalow kitchen remodel… Over the years, we have completed several historic home restorations, and we just finished a major update to the kitchen in our 1920’s bungalow. Quality and authenticity were our goals. We installed floor to ceiling custom cabinets, an antique French silk trader’s table as our island, and a custom zinc and brass hood. The final touch was the unlacquered brass Neal pulls and knobs we ordered from Forge Hardware. They are of excellent quality, heavy and solid brass. Even my very experienced 75 year old contractor who specializes in historic home restorations commented unsolicited on their quality. The Forge Hardware team was very responsive. Frankie answered all my original product questions, and Alex followed up quickly when I needed expedited shipping. I ordered one knob and one pull first, as recommended, before placing my final order to be sure it was what I was looking for. Excellent quality and excellent customer service—you can’t ask for more than that. Thank you, Frankie and Alex!

Poor quality, no credit or refund This is my second order from Forge. The first time, I did receive beautiful solid brass pulls, which were expensive. This time, however, with trust in this company, I placed an order for sale items which were advertised as "satin brass" corner pulls, but turned out to be very low-quality light weight cheap look and feel pulls. They were on sale and advertised as having "some issues with finishes". The 38 pulls I received were in original packaging and had no issues with the finish, they are simply low quality, which look and feel like gold spray painted aluminum. I asked for a refund or store credit and they responded with this, "We always recommend ordering 1-3 pieces before placing a large order", "If we receive any false claims or fraudulent activity we will forward all the conversations to our legal team to handle from here". They refused to give any credit or refund and said that it was a final sale. There were no photos examples of the "finish issues". I feel like this is a bait and switch. I will never buy from this company again. I filed a report with the BBB.

The Search is Over..… I purchased the Brass Transitional cabinet pulls and I’m in love with and worth the investment. Aside from the beautiful hardware the customer service was top notch. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted and waited until the end of the renovation to pull the trigger on these but luckily Alex, Cathy and the rest of the staff were able to expedite the shipping and they were packaged so well they didn’t budge. Thank you again to the entire team. I didn’t think anyone would respond.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. You can only access them by email not phone. Terrible communication. For an expensive product line they can do better! Too many other vendors out there to deal with this headache!!!
