User-friendly and terrific concept I love the ease of use (expanding, tilting) and extra features (light, drawer) of this desk but, sadly, its legs are too wide to fit into my favorite comfy chair. And while it's great that it has a large work surface, I also can't use it on my couch because its too big to fit both me and it. Still, I use it on the floor and as a standing desk at my work table, and it works great for those purposes.

There is no free return shipping. Too risky! There is no free return shipping if the item doesn't work! I'm so sorry I made the purchase. It costs almost as much to return as the sale price.

Phenomenal Customer Service Customer service was phenomenal. I received my order and all was fine then I noticed the package had some damage to it and turned out the item was cracked. I immediately emailed company and within an hour I received a reply apologizing and to let me know they would ship a new replacement and I received other item in 2 days.
