USMisleading pricing - hours expire quickly & they don't tell you I bought some hours on a promotion with intention to try them later. Little did I know, those hours expire after just 60 days. INV conveniently neglects to mention this on their pricing page, their FAQ page, or anywhere I could find besides their Terms of Service (and who reads all the TOS all the way through every time??). This is a malicious and scammy practice that shouldn't be accepted. I interacted with them earlier this year, and when my hours suddenly vanished I had to email them to learn what happened. I then asked that they add the relevant language to visible parts of their website. At the time of this writing several months later, they still haven't, hence why I'm writing this so others can be aware. The only reason it's two stars instead of one is that what little of the service I used was ok. The bot was great, but my customer success manager (or whatever the title is) was shuffled around a lot and sometimes took weeks to respond to my emails. Am willing to change my review if they *actually disclose the expiration window* somewhere on the pricing or FAQ pages.
