In my conversation with customer service, my return was accepted and the fee I paid was refunded to me. Due to the problem caused by the cargo company, a discount code was defined for my next purchase. That's why I thank them for their quick response and service to e-mails.

GBI wanted to write this review even… I wanted to write this review even though I didn't shop. I liked a product on the site and I had a few questions in my head about it. I got a very fast response and they suggested alternative products to the one I liked. I really liked their approach. I will definitely shop one day.
