Edit : was finally contacted with a delivery date received my order & received two follow up phone calls about the status happy with the purchase upgrade from 1star to 3stars

Excellent company to work with Great staff, great service & great product! I cannot imagine being a supplier in the convoluted state of the supply chain these days. But Judd & company come thru for us time and time again. Keep up the great work, gang!

Terrible Customer Service I made an order and wanted to change it, instead, it was canceled, then I was immediately told they were sold out. I was helped and am satisfied with the customer service

Customer service For the last order, made on August 2th, they said 2-3 weeks, then other date, then this last September 25th, we don't have tracking number, no one answer the phone, no one answer whatsapps or telegram, no even mails. Good quality on products for the first order, not the same for customer service on other orders.
