HORRIBLE , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBIST I double that is scan website, the customer service is so bad , believe me , once you place order, DO NOT EXPECT it will come to you!!!!! I placed two orders, the first order, they send me a message on week later after I replaced an order, they said they put a wrong price, excuse me???? after placing a order more than one week, you did not shipping it ,but tell me that you put a wrong price ,and then they just directly canceled my order, so I was waiting for one week for nothing!!!, then I place an another order with their correct price, BUT , again, I wait another one more week, they still did not ship my order !!!! horrible , nightmare, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

We absolutely loved the 1st night we… We absolutely loved the 1st night we have spent on the pillows we ordered from you. Best nights sleep we have had in several months. Appreciated that you ordered an upgrade when you were unable to supply the original size ordered. The only complaint I had was we didn't know approximately when our order would arrive and we were definitely anxious to receive them. Luckily my spouse happen to noticed a UPS truck in front of our house and realized they must have made a delivery. Were thrilled to open our package. Thank you so very much, we have no difficulty in recommended your company to all our friends and family.
