The only thing that would have been better is if the item was glass but because these fixtures are at least 30+ years old, no one seems to carry the parts. Fortunately, the acrylic product looks like the glass ones. But I purchased the last one.

The shade took 3 weeks and showed up… The shade took 3 weeks and showed up with a label that is a huge pain to get off and there are black spots on the amber glass shade. not very impressed. also I don't remember reading anything about the bottom being enclosed.

Still waiting on item...poor service I purchased a ceiling light fixture with a 2-day ship. I had a restricted time frame to receive the light because I had a technician coming out who was already scheduled. 4 days later, I did not receive the light. I called, they forgot to put the order in. I didn't have any communication from them at all. As of right now, I'm still waiting for the light fixture which hopefully will come but will be too late to be installed. If I don't receive it in a reasonable time I will have to call back and request a refund. I will never deal with them again.

Very satisfied Fast delivery, reasonable price, beautiful. One globe was broken upon arrival, customer service replaced it and arrived in 3 days. Easy.
