The customer service rep I spoke with… The customer service rep I spoke with was able to help me find the items I needed and made great suggestions for our project. The quality of the fixtures is great and looking forward to doing my front yard soon

Misleading Product Information Misleading product description listing. The item I purchased was described as Outdoor rated and sold as landscape lighting but when I received it, was for indoor use only. Customer service was not helpful.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. Out of my order of 8 , there was one light fixture not operable. I left 2 VM as I am on EST, and sent 2 emails. No one ever returned my communication. Today, I contacted customer service and spoke with a person by the name of Chase. He was extremely condescending- stating that it was very unusual for them not to return communication and that it was usually his boss that did. He did not own or apologize for my inconvenience and stated he found this to be very curious. That they never have any complaints about this brand of light fixture. I simply asked for a replacement and he stated snd I quote that I would need to pay for the return shipping and that they would evaluate whether it was working or not snd then snd only then would they send a replacement…worst customer service of any online product and the fact that they never returned my initial communication is unacceptable. I have 1 light out of 8 not working. This is why customers shop directly with Amazon because returning a product or getting a replacement is effortless. I have to pay for the return, and was told to read their policy. I ordered my lights on 9/27…called and emailed in middle of October and now it is 11/14. Less than 45 days and Chase from customer service not only was not helpful, but hung up on me.
