I am having a problem with getting a refund. I am having a problem with Glasscias.com. I made an order, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company, and they told me they had forwarded my complaint to Hailify's (shipping company )support team. However, the shipping company said that my package was lost, and I should contact Temu company instead. I have yet to hear back from Temu, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I believe Glasscias should take responsibility for this situation and refund my money. It's unfair that I'm stuck in the middle of this confusing situation with no resolution in sight.
