GBThe items I ordered didn't fit The items I ordered didn't fit. They arrived in good condition and delivery was on time. I ordered four saree blouses and as I feared might happen, not a single one fit well. I even ordered the stretchy pull on variety, which I thought would have a better chance of fitting. One gold stretch blouse is not sized correctly as I could not even get the XL over my bust. The other black XL fit comfortably on the shoulders and bust but is so short that it barely covers my bra underwire. The two fitted blouses (42) will both need some alterations to try to get them to fit me better, but I can hopefully make the alterations to get them to fit correctly. I expected the fitted blouses might need alteration, but I'm surprised the stretch blouses didn't work out.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! Actually, I don't think customer service exists with this company. I've left several voicemails(no one ever picks up) and sent a few emails, all unanswered. At this point, I'm not confident that the items I ordered will arrive. If however, my items don't arrive as promised and they refuse to send me a refund, I'll report their charges as fraud with my CC. I'll also report them to the BBB. Their glowing reviews on sitejabber.com and trustpilot.com are obviously fake. Appears Karmaplace has paid this dude with different accounts to write these reviews.

GBWhat a great site for home decor. This site was referred to me by a friend. I was in search of bedding and other items for my home. I decided to order the Paisley Bedding set. The blue color and designs complimented by bedroom nicely. I also purchased a set of ceramic cups for my kitchen. Let's just say my house guests give me a lot compliments.

GBOrder not delivered yet Order not delivered yet, as promised (before Diwali). No Customer call-in help number, No communication of the Status communicated ever until I emailed and asked for Status. Even after order cancelation over a week back from 10/Nov, Karmaplace is planning to ship order, which is of no use post Diwali. They just want to push the order thru. and not pay my money back now.
