BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE! This company is a scam based on my recent experience. I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it, but they charged my credit card. I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email. I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service, be patient, we are working on it, we generated a ticket with urgent top priority, etc. As a last resort, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

Disappointed in this heater Disappointed in this heater as it doesn't heat as good as described. It only raises the temperature by about 4 or 5 degrees and takes forever to do that.

Instant Heat in Seconds! My wife needed a small heater for her feet while working from home in winter and this Heatcore Portable Heater is up to the task, she loves this small but powerful heater. Well built, quiet and efficient. What I like most is the tip-over safety switch at the bottom, it automatically turns off when accidentally tilted. Highly recommended!

I ordered the space heater and I had… I ordered the space heater and I had to wait on them due to high demand. Using the heaters was a good experience. They are efficient heaters and quickly warn up the room they are placed in. I would order this product again

Customer service only positive I found The company seems rather dishonest in representing the heaters, and the performance of the heaters is terrible. They are virtually useless. I won't do business with this company again. I gave three stars only because of my email communications with their customer service representative (Raven) who displayed courtesy throughout my interactions with her.
