Customer service only positive I found The company seems rather dishonest in representing the heaters, and the performance of the heaters is terrible. They are virtually useless. I won't do business with this company again. I gave three stars only because of my email communications with their customer service representative (Raven) who displayed courtesy throughout my interactions with her.

BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE! This company is a scam based on my recent experience. I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it, but they charged my credit card. I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email. I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service, be patient, we are working on it, we generated a ticket with urgent top priority, etc. As a last resort, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

I am in love with this mini heater I am in love with this mini heater. Small but heat up real quickly. The safety switch on the bottom to ensure the heater is placed in flat surface is also something I really appreciate to avoid danger.

Easy to use and perfect for winter! I was looking for something small and easy to use in my office during winter. I find my feet and hands get cold while I'm working, but also didn't need something that would take up a lot of room since I don't have much space. The Blast Auxiliary is perfect as I can keep it under my desk, on my desk, wherever! It is super easy to use and looks really sleek. Super happy with the price compared to some of the more expensive versions.

Like the fact that it is portable … Like the fact that it is portable and because it has a fan, you can immediately feel results. Can't say whether it is more efficient than larger room heaters, since we primarily use it for very isolated uses and not for long periods of time.
