CAI am in love with this mini heater I am in love with this mini heater. Small but heat up real quickly. The safety switch on the bottom to ensure the heater is placed in flat surface is also something I really appreciate to avoid danger.

GBCustomer service only positive I found The company seems rather dishonest in representing the heaters, and the performance of the heaters is terrible. They are virtually useless. I won't do business with this company again. I gave three stars only because of my email communications with their customer service representative (Raven) who displayed courtesy throughout my interactions with her.
