Easy to use and perfect for winter! This heater is a lifesaver! I work from home, and my office is in the basement. The furnace doesn't seem to keep up with the cold weather, so my feet and hands were always cold. I decided to buy this heater and it has made a huge difference! Now my feet and hands are warm, and I'm actually able to be productive in my office. This heater is also really portable, which is great if you need to move it from room to room.

BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE! This company is a scam based on my recent experience. I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it, but they charged my credit card. I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email. I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service, be patient, we are working on it, we generated a ticket with urgent top priority, etc. As a last resort, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

Great little heater Instant-on heat is great for chasing away the chills on these cold nights we've been having lately. I put it next to me on my desk while I work, and it really makes me much more comfortable. It lets me warm myself up without having to put on layers and layers of clothing.

Well built, quiet and efficient. What I like most is the tip-over safety switch at the bottom, it automatically turns off when accidentally tilted. Highly recommended!

Customer service only positive I found The company seems rather dishonest in representing the heaters, and the performance of the heaters is terrible. They are virtually useless. I won't do business with this company again. I gave three stars only because of my email communications with their customer service representative (Raven) who displayed courtesy throughout my interactions with her.
