This website vendor is a scam This website vendor is a scam. They list products at very low prices to attract buyers. They respond to customer service inquires in an attempt to look legitimate, however your purchased items will never ship. When you inquire about why your items haven't shipped weeks later, they will respond with some excuse about why they couldn't ship the item, and they claim they have processed a refund. That will refund will never come. Thank goodness for Amex.

Not only did it arrive just as ordered, it arrived quicker than when I order from Chewy, and it was $35 cheaper! This is where I'll be ordering from now!

Great Service We had two canceled order from Chewy.com without notifying us about out of stock on our auto ship dog food. My husband found Gresbendmart and noticed the price of our dog food which is much cheaper than Chewy.com. We were not confident on new website to get our dog food but gave a try. Unexpectedly, we received our dog food after two days we ordered from Gresbendmart. It was directly shipping from our dog food company. They kept us inform our dog food shipment.

SCAM ALERT - I placed an order 5 days ago and still… I placed an order 5 days ago and still appears as "on hold". Paypal transaction was already posted in my account, to my surprise instead of the name of the business an individual name appeared (Yasmira Soto). I've tried calling Gresbendmart using their only support phone number and it's a google line as opposed to a regular line. In other words, calls can be filtered depending on who's calling. Not once have I been able to get an answer on the other phone. I've also tried reaching out to Gresbendmart through their website's chat but I finally gave up after multiple attempts realizing is just an intake form you're filling out with more of your details and no one there will be on the other site to chat. Last, I reached out via email and got a response next day around midnight (Eastern time) to get an update on the status. I was told it shows "on hold" because their system defaults to that status when they are waiting for a tracking number. I replied within minutes of receiving the email asking for an estimate on the delivery time or shipping time and didn't get another response. I would not recommend anyone risking their money for a small discount vs regular pricing. Update 5/17: 10+ days have passed since I placed the order and still haven't gotten a response. I got a response via email but only to ask me to continue to wait a few more days for a tracking number. Update 5/19: I've been following up asking for a shipping/tracking number since they replied a week ago that the order had been processed but were waiting on info from the shipper. Today, I got a final response to my email contradicting themselves and saying that the order is going to take longer than expected to process (opposite to what they had said) and that because of it they will be refunding me the money (freeing up the charge via PayPal that hasn't gone through). I would recommend to anyone thinking about saving a few dollars buying through this website, to not do it. I believe this to be a scam that would take advantage of those that may not stay on top of things

This was the first time I ordered… This was the first time I ordered through Gresbendmart, and was very glad that I did. Their product was less than any other online service I could find, their service was great and their follow through with excellent, can't beat it
