They respond to customer service inquires in an attempt to look legitimate, however your purchased items will never ship. When you inquire about why your items haven't shipped weeks later, they will respond with some excuse about why they couldn't ship the item, and they claim they have processed a refund. That will refund will never come. Thank goodness for Amex.

Not only did it arrive just as ordered, it arrived quicker than when I order from Chewy, and it was $35 cheaper! This is where I'll be ordering from now!
