Lamplanet is one of those companies… Lamplanet is one of those companies that restores your faith in companies and humans in general. They have a dedication to their craft and bend over backwards to make sure everything is not only in order but above any expectations you may have for the quality of a product or cusomter service. I love their stuff, their prices, their style, their corporate structure and their marketing- which really is an incredible feat in this day and age!

Trying their best to do their best They always try their best to do their best. They offer a product that many dream about and a few attempt DIY projects of. To be able to experience a product like theirs is unprecedented and no other company anywhere else in the world does what they do. Depending on where you live, issues with shipping such as deliveries or even handling and care of your package can go sour.. but it isn't Lamplanet's fault. They are awesome

Great service Great service! Delivery took about three weeks but overall positive experience. One of the lamps was damaged but they replaced it very quickly and didn’t fight me. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Excellent products!!

This company is a mess This company is a mess. I placed two orders in early December and was told it shipped about a week ago; it's now January 19 and neither order has arrived. Even worse, the shipping info they provided hasn't been updated in over a month. Their customer service offers only lame platitudes ("be patient") rather than actual info. Never, never purchase anything from this company.

Quality excellent I bought an Iron man lamp, was not sure what it would be like🤔 it is fantastic set what colour you want, it’s on everyday have had this over two years and still catches people’s eye!
