Very high quality products Very high quality products. Have always been satisfied with the lamps. It can take time depending on timeline of product to receive but the product does arrive and they work to make sure you are happy.

Great service Great service! Delivery took about three weeks but overall positive experience. One of the lamps was damaged but they replaced it very quickly and didn’t fight me. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Excellent products!!

This company is a mess This company is a mess. I placed two orders in early December and was told it shipped about a week ago; it's now January 19 and neither order has arrived. Even worse, the shipping info they provided hasn't been updated in over a month. Their customer service offers only lame platitudes ("be patient") rather than actual info. Never, never purchase anything from this company.
