They have a dedication to their craft and bend over backwards to make sure everything is not only in order but above any expectations you may have for the quality of a product or cusomter service. I purchased their Naruto Rasengan Lamp… I purchased their Naruto Rasengan Lamp about a year ago and up until now it’s good as new. :) No flaws when it arrived and I experienced no delays. The lamp was sealed securely in a box that came with a coupon card that you can use on your next purchase. The staff are very helpful as well.

AVOID! I placed an order in March. Then corona struck. Understandable that it would take longer than normal. Received a couple of automated emails to state they were having issues. Again understandable. This dragged on until July. I then tried to contact them multiple times and no one ever responded. They even had the audacity to send an email asking for more money on top of the original order price. They also threatened not to contact PayPal or they’d cancel the order. It would seem that in the past they were once a trusted company, but I’d avoid at all costs now.
