they shipping is so bad they said it… they shipping is so bad they said it would be here on June 1 but it has been since February 16 that I ordered it and it is now June 24 and they messaged me saying we need an extra ten dollars to ship it to you. it hasn't even been shipped yet after 4 months what kind of service is this what trash website they suck worse than aliexpress. never buy from here again!

Lamplanet always da best :) Lamplanet has always been cordial, even when I misunderstood deals and such. They were respectful and always responding in a speedy manner. The products Ive recieved over the years, are of high quality and have always been delivered on time. Those who are dissatisfied with the delivery time on the products from an overseas company are obviously unaware of the amount of inspections packages go through while being exported and recieved by the U.S. and honestly whoever isnt satisfied with Lamplanets actions...must be apart of Frieza's Army!!!!

AVOID! I placed an order in March. Then corona struck. Understandable that it would take longer than normal. Received a couple of automated emails to state they were having issues. Again understandable. This dragged on until July. I then tried to contact them multiple times and no one ever responded. They even had the audacity to send an email asking for more money on top of the original order price. They also threatened not to contact PayPal or they’d cancel the order. It would seem that in the past they were once a trusted company, but I’d avoid at all costs now.

Don't trust this online webshop Do not buy anything from this website unless you want to order something that you don't want to have delivered. I ordered a product off their website and soon after i got the notice that the product 'was not in stock' and might take longer to be delivered. After almost a month still nothing until i suddenly got a tracking number of the package. Unfortunatly two weeks after this there was no movement on the tracking number. After contacting them they told me they were getting close to sending it. One / two weeks after i got the notice that the package left their warehouse. This still took it's time till i got a message from Lamplanet that my package was delivered but i didn't recieve anything. Upon further research i discovered that my package was send to another continent... After this i'm still waiting on a reply from them to fix this. You will be better off looking special lamps someplace else.
