GBI purchased a pair of shoes from their… I purchased a pair of shoes from their website and they were a little too big for me, but their customer service was quick to get me a new pair that fit me, thanks for their quick response, I appreciate them and the shoes The quality is very good and very beautiful.

CYVERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!! DO NOT BUY !!! I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. They showed one product on their marketing but sent me a very bad cheap copy. It looked nothing like the real thing. When I complained and sent them photos of what I had received they started to get rude and did not want the items back and only offered me a fraction of the amount I paid. I persisted and thankfully I paid via Paypal so I was able to force them to refund the full amount. I was still out of pocket for the return postage to China.
