I have been waiting 22 days for these… I have been waiting 22 days for these defusers and refills for our shelter pup we rescued in November who has anxiety and PTSD. These were supposed to be here 4-8 days and I ordered them March 29th. I get emails back once in a while and they all say the same thing. That they will look into it find out what’s going on and let me know within 48 hours. A days go by I email again and they say the same thing so I keep waiting another 48 hours which has turned into 22 days of waiting, I’m beyond frustrated with these people. They are never finding a solution or trying to fix it just empty words over and over again. Several different times I heard that back and still waiting 3 weeks after they told me they were going to let me know. Very bad customer service.

Best product I have used The diffusers work much better than the others I have tried, the calming spray is wonderful! We moved in 2020 and ever since one of my cats has slept in the top of the closet in a cat bed, since I started using these products she has slept in my bed twice this week and she has not done that since my old house.

I started using therapetmd last year… I started using therapetmd last year when my baby got hurt. I wanted him to remain calm until he was feeling better. I noticed he will start to get more anxious just before I need to change the diffuser. He has always been very skittish since I adopted him several years ago. He is a tripod and I want him to live his best life.

Happily and honestly recommend These calming products work very well for my 2 cats which do not usually get along very well. One is a huge fraidy cat and the other is cautiously prickly. Both of them want to hide or fight when we leave the house for any length of time. The diffusers are always on, but I spray the calming solution generously before we leave, which all results in cats who seem to settle and sleep when we leave them alone. I happily and honestly recommend your products.

Too many cats! Before hit by Hurricane Harvey, we had 3 males (all fixed) from the same litter. A female took refuge in our garage when Covid hit and presented us with 6 kittens. No shelters were accepting animals due to concerns over Covid but we were able to find homes for 2 of the kittens. I've now got 11 cats and this product has completely eliminated the cat fights!! I couldn't be happier!!
