Its a great card to have Its a great card to have. I don't like the fact that my monthly fees aren't waived. Some places waive the fees because you have direct deposit which I do. It happens twice a month. I also don't like the fact that I don't know if there are any atm machines that won't charge me a fee for withdrawals. I am getting hit for using the card both ways. Blaahh

Fancards makes managing money easier Fancards is easy to use. I always know exactly how much I am spending. I love getting notifications about purchases and I don’t have to worry about my card being compromised. Plus I love everyone knowing what team I cheer for.

The absolute most incompetent The absolute most incompetent, uncaring, people I’ve ever met! I called to tried to get a funds verification with the car dealership I’m buying from and they wouldn’t do it! I expressed concern. An hour later I get an email that my account was closed. Yea never sent authorization to close my account. They said I verified it with them! In fact the last time I spoke with the the rep from the dealership was on the phone. I ask where my money… since they took it upon themselves to close my account. They said it was processed to a check and it would be sent in 7-10 business days!!! This place is a joke! I was depositing over 2,000$ a week with this place and this is how I got treated!

I kept calling them everyday on when my account will be released as I have bills to pay!!!! one of their rep told me my account will have a resolution in 1 hour now its 24hours still nothing this is very bad!!! keeping me from using my money I really regret using this card!

Worked great for a while Worked great for a while. Certain sites I was able to use it for online ordering etc, now it gets declined. Also, my direct deposit gets deposited onto my card and I'm still getting charged the monthly fee which I was told I wasn't. 😞 Really love having a bama card, but sucks the issues I'm having
