GBNot Impressed At All..... I ordered a pattern on 7/22 - wrote an email on 7/30, 7/31 I get a note that the pattern has shipped, NOT, it is still sitting in "pre-shipped" status. Common people get your act together, not sure if I will ever get the pattern since the status is "pre-shipped," it hasn't been picked up. Will never order from here again....

GBI should have read the reviews here before ordering I placed an order on April 21st. It's April 30th - still processing, and no response to my email regarding a ship date. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Poor service and an awful way to do business.

GBStill waiting Like many of the other reviewers have said, there is no communication from this company. Been over two weeks since placing my order and now the item is out of stock. Don't know if I'll ever receive my order.

GBtimely receipt. 1 of the three prog tools had to be widened to fit over the needles as it hung up when trying to get it on in transfer. husband drilled the opening to make it wider. Overall pleased that we could salvage the defective prong as we are in the middle of a project. Thank you for being so prompt with the order.

GBGreat Customer Service! I received my order in an unbelievably short amount of time, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Once I contacted Gobstock, I received notification that they would ship a new product immediately to replace the damaged one. They then realized that there was no more inventory to ship a replacement, so I was issued a full refund. Great experience, just need to find a replacement.
