Avoid this company I placed an order the first week of December through a social media ad, which noted guaranteed arrival by Christmas. While I received ongoing tracking notification emails, they offered no real-time tracking on these items. When I reached out to customer service, they let me know the items would not arrive in time for Christmas and to monitor the tracking information for updates. Items finally arrived in duct-taped packing envelopes in mid-January, with one item cracked straight through. When I contacted customer service, they replied that they had initiated a replacement order immediately. That was 4 weeks ago. Despite my attempts to contact customer service for tracking info and updates, I haven't received any updates or the replacement item. Unfortunately, two and half months later my order is still incomplete. I will never purchase from this company again.
