It works It's okay. We liked the collar except it kept getting loosened and falling off. I thought the pendant would be better but it does not fit our dog's collar and it was broken when it arrived. FurLife DID refund $10 and sent a new collar in it's place. We jerry-rigged the pendant to her collar in the meantime with some tiny zip ties. Good thing too, the new collar didn't arrive for nearly 3 weeks. I guess we're spoiled by 2-day shipping :). It works and that's what matters.

Happy new customer … I bought 5 to try and find something more affordable and comfortable for my dogs. I am happy to see how well they work and with no irritation to my sensitive mini Aussie. And the customer service so far has been fabulous. I had one broken from them romping and furlife sent me a replacement right away!

The absolute best experience I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company, very fast with customer care responses and extremely kind no questions asked! This is truly a great company with exceptional employees! Other companies should take a lesson from them!!😊

Amazing collars! I was hesitant to get these, but am very glad I did. Our pups have been wearing them little over a month now and I have not seen any ticks or fleas on them! So happy to have found a natural alternative to the chews and chemicals with nasty side effects. Thank you furlife!
