And thanks to those eight-plus years, I can confidently say that Musicbed is a company with high integrity and a genuine love for the film community that steers every decision they make. I don't need to leave this review; I just honestly think Musicbed is one of the best resources for production music out there.

Musicbed is my secret weapon. Musicbed is our first and only choice for music licensing. Our company has been a client of Musicbed.com for over 12 years and we consider them to be an extended part of our production team. The roster of musicians they represent is highly and expertly curated. You simply can’t find lousy music on this site. The care and attention to detail they demonstrate for not only their filmmaker clients, but also their artists is clear. Many of their employees have been with them long-term which speaks volumes about their leadership. They work extremely hard to provide a service to both the film and music communities where everyone is happy. While no company is perfect, I have seen Musicbed time and time again carefully and considerately respond to any bump in the road that may come up. This ultimately means we’re able to serve our clients with excellence. I left this review to share a professional’s opinion which I hope you will weigh in contrast to some other reviews which I’ve read and found to be generally the result of signing up for something without reading what you’re signing up for. I disagree with the sentiment shared by a few users of TrustPilot here who have claimed Musicbed to be an awful company. It’s simply not true. Thank you for the work you do, Musicbed.

I couldn’t be prouder to be an… I couldn’t be prouder to be an ambassador for a brand I believe in so much. Musicbed completely changed my business and elevated my client experience. As a consumer prior to representing the brand, I had nothing short of a positive experience. The Musicbed team are top-notch, professional, and open to feedback and growth. I couldn’t give a higher rating to such a grade A service!

This is my first time licensing music… This is my first time licensing music through anything, and Musicbed has, so far, made it an extremely easy and pleasant experience. I had a bit of a mix-up in terms of what subscription I needed for my license, and while it took me a few days to get on top of it, the CS reps were extremely helpful and there were no contentions or issues over the state of the subscription when I had to cancel one and transfer my licenses over to another. The CS reps were personable and polite and, despite delays in the service and a few inconvenient things about the website itself, I never felt like I was speaking to a robot or trying to contend with some sort of language barrier. I would suggest, however, a clearer means of adding subscriptions to your account via your profile on the website. I had to go around the front-end of the site to make a new subscription after hunting through my profile for an option to do so. It was also a little stressful when the Musicbed site said I could cancel my subscription from my profile but there was no option to do so. I suppose you have to contact them directly to do so? I wish that had been more clear, as well. Other than that? I will continue to use this service gladly. The cost is reasonable, the assortment and quality of music is very good and so far the CS has been satisfactory. I recommend using Musicbed for licensing if you're just starting out.

Shady business - stay away They trick you into paying for a month, but it turns out they lock you into paying monthly for the whole year. There is nothing you can do as a consumer - shady business! On top of that, you can't cancel until 1 month before the renewal..they are making sure people keep paying even if they don't use the product. I paid > $300 for a couple of tracks I used for 1 video.
