update - Four months and waiting... I wanted a business page written, found them online and they seemed very helpful. After a few weeks we'd sorted out the copy we wanted to use. Everything was done by email and Google docs. However.... at the end of May they said they'd submit it to wikipedia and told me it'd take 2 to 3 weeks. Four months later they keep telling me to be patient. I ask them to show me proof they submitted it but are ignoring emails. edit 28/10 - had a positive meeting today about getting this resolved and agreed to follow up next week. more to follow...
