I have contacted them 3 times, but received ZERO responses. Finally, I requested a return shipping label. Still, no response. Awful business. Don't Curse - Reimburse. Heartbreaking Lesson Learned Honestly was heartbroken when my purchase FINALLY arrived after nearly a month. It was a complete misrepresentation. It was advertised as like 71 inches and when I excitedly ran to the door to see it, it was rolled up and even smaller than an actual poster. I know, I tried to frame it after I desperately tried to get the address for a refund and never got a reply. It became a joke with friends. It's a plastic poster.
