Always get the help & support I need & fast. I'm not a web or IT techie but have ended up running a couple of big forums. I moved my hosting to VH many years ago & have always been pleased with the support & assistance they've provided. They helped through some stressful times when I've been upgrading forum platforms & are always on hand to assist with issues on the rare occasions they occur.
