I trust Vertexhost with my business I've been using the services of Vertexhost (VH) for more than 7 years. I host a very demanding website (dedicated server) with them. Always get the help & support I need & fast. I'm not a web or IT techie but have ended up running a couple of big forums. I moved my hosting to VH many years ago & have always been pleased with the support & assistance they've provided. They helped through some stressful times when I've been upgrading forum platforms & are always on hand to assist with issues on the rare occasions they occur. I'm in the UK but time difference is no issue - there's always someone there.
