GBCommunication Can Improve I placed an order and received an order confirmation, and then two or three weeks went by, and I never received an email that my order had shipped so I reached out and it took quite a bit of time for someone to respond to me. I feel like communication can be improved. I had to get upset for someone to reach out to me and they issued me a refund when I didn’t ask for one. I asked for the order that I placed when I reached out again no one has responded so now I have a refund that I don’t want and I have no idea whether my order will be shipped, which is what I originally wanted to know.

GBTook way to long for the shoes to ship… Took way to long for the shoes to ship and it took literally almost a month to receive them. The company needs to be on it when people order from them and no one wants to be waiting for weeks for their order
