GBI love the picture i purchased but the… I love the picture i purchased but the picture was to have my wife and my name, and our wedding day printed on the picture, but it did not. So, the picture was nice but not what I wanted and ordered. What can be done to correct this problem?

GBI ordered curtains and they were… I ordered curtains and they were comically very different from the picture. Trying to return them but they aren't wanting to easily at least. Hopefully I can get my money back.
