GBCandle DON’T remain LIT I am very disappointed, I purchased the Sugar Cookie Candle because I was considering doing wholesale with this company but wanted to try it 1st. When my candle arrived I was so excited to burn it because I smelled it through the box before opening it. As soon as I lit the candle it blow out, I lit it again and again the flame went out. The candle wasn’t as strong scented in smell as I had thought it would be, once it was lit the smell became very faint. I took a picture of the candle and sent 3 emails to the support email as well as to the wholesale email, and hadn’t heard anything back til this day. For a $40 candle you would think that the flame would remain lit at least for an hour, and when it’s a problem customer service should reach out quickly just like they did when I was asking about wholesale pricing. I would like either a replacement or a refund, I will gladly send the candle back as it was only lit 2x. Still looks brand new.

GBNot Satisfied I placed a large order of candles and my better mind told me to order 1 and try it first. I think your candles are beautiful and shipping was excellent because I received my order on time based off guidelines via your website. But the candles don't stay lit very long at all.And per your website it shouldn't be lit more than so many hours but it doesn't last for even a couple of hours also they don't have a strong smell like I thought they would you can barely smell anything.
