USFixture Took too long, multiple delays, and push outs. There was some communication but delivery did not happen as promised. The count is also off and we are now short one fixture. Immediately reported it but have not heard what is going to be doe about it.

USOutdoor Lamps Great item! Bought three of the exact same lamps from Amazon, and unfortunately they were sold out, and I was told they were probably not getting anymore. I went to the manufacturer and they were discontinued. I looked on line and Luxicore was the only company that had them in stock. First off, Amazon was $25.00 cheaper, no delivery charge, and I got them in 5 days. Luxicore charged for delivery and it took 3 weeks to get one lamp. If I wasn't so desperately in need of the fourth lamp, I would not have done business with them. Their customer service was awful and rude, they would never return my phone calls. Left several messages. Only two people work in customer service; unacceptable. Would not really recommend this company, and I will not do business with them again.

USFirst and Last Ordered a $15 bathroom ceiling fan. Paid $20 for shipping. When I received the product, I realized it didn't fit my assembly, so when I went to return it, I realized they do not cover the charge of return shipping and charge a 25% restocking fee. In this day and age of internet shopping, this business model is not going to work. I won't be doing business with Luxicore in the future.
