Lifease = Explotation + Fraud + Theft Lifease is a company that is exploiting the COVID-19 pandemic by listing products that they will not deliver. I purchased KN95 Professional Prevention Face Mask (20 PCs) from their website on April 23rd, and on now May 27th I still have not received my order. I have contacted lifease several times requesting a refund, to which they respond with a tracking number that has not been updated since April 29th. I am writing this review as warning for prospective buyers. Please do not make the same mistake as me. And for lifease I hope the $69.99 you stole from me was worth it.

Return or exchange policy is difficult and some luggage are not actually carry on dimensions Website says that you can do exchanges but when contacted about an exchange I was told "Lifease does not support the replacement of products of different specifications, replacement only supports products of the same specification." which is pretty much a replacement for the same item. Not sure what other items would have the same dimensions. Specifically, as it pertains to one of their suitcases, even though this one is noted as a 20" its dpeth does not meet carry on standards.

Surprise Surprise A bought some mugs from their website. I wasn't expecting much. The price was right, so I made the purchase. Suprised discover they were your typical drug-store mugs. Really nice quality. I love it when I get surprised like that.
