GBTerrible company, they do not honor returns for a wrong advertised item. I ordered a king bed frame as the one displayed in their website. The bed frame shown in the pictures is light gray and have wooden-oak legs. The first time the bed frame arrived, it came with damages. I needed to request an exchange and find a new appointment for the bed frame exchange. On the second delivery, the operators scratched my house walls on several places. Moreover, the bed I received is not the one shown in the web. It is dark gray and have black legs. This color does not match my bedroom. I wrote to customer support and they do not want to accept the return or give me a solution. Terrible company. Never again.
