USOverpriced, and they won't stand behind their products. Paid $175 for what turned out to be a lightweight robe that shrank one size, instead of the luxurious, plush robe that they described. Worse, they will not take returns once an item is washed - but there are defects that only show after being washed. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand about robe shrinkage and loose threads and the piping wrinkling up due to shrinking (that can't be ironed out.) They use influencers to hype their products, but they should spend their money on higher quality items.
