It takes forever for them to ship your order I placed an order and it is taking them forever to even ship it out to me. I decided to cancel my order because they don't honor the shipping dates they agreed to, they don't even have a telephone number to reach them. I am attempting to get a refund as I type. I will never order from them again.

I placed my order 24 days ago now I placed my order 24 days ago now, I emailed to check the status and Linda replied saying it would be shipped out soon.. and I should receive an email in a few days saying my order has been shipped. Haven’t yet to receive any email. Or anything else. Still says “order confirmed” on the website. Wondering if this company is legit or a scam? Can anyone offer insite

The perfect gift. Thank you Linda, thank you Cadadesign. I reconnected with my love from the 60's. I wanted a gift that reflected our love and our history. She loves Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" and that's how I found Cadadesign. I wanted to customize it in a memorable fashion and Linda patiently emailed with me throughout the process and assured me that they could do exactly what I wanted. I was nervous when I opened the box because I wanted this to be the perfect gift. I was in tears at how awesome it was and how the Cadadesign team did exactly as I envisioned. There are others out there that may do this, but I can tell you first hand, Cadadesign and Linda are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware! Actually, zero stars. I ordered 2 canvases with song lyrics printed on them. I was never given any preview, nor was I notified when my order shipped. The lyrics were so poorly laid out, with sentences running into each other and no punctuation. Linda replied to my email that they would not offer any refund or exchange, and that I could have customized the layout myself (even though there was no option for this). Horrible customer service, horrible company that does lazy, unprofessional work.
