Terrible condescending company Terrible condescending company. I paid extra for Express shipping, received an email with tracking numbers stating order is on the way. After a few days the tracking number is not tracking, this stupid company has no phone number (red flag!!!), I email customer service and they explained it's because DHL is busy this time of year and the tracking information updates slowly. Nothing still a couple days later. I email again. No response, I wait a couple more days to email again. I was finally told it never shipped and they can't refund my shipping. What a joke of a company. IT WAS EXPLAINED IT DID NOT SHIP 6 DAYS AFTER THE TRACKING INFORMATION WAS RECEIVED. YOU CAN REVIEW THE EMAILS AS I'VE POSTED. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD BEEN PROCESSING AND HAD NOT SHIPPED CONTRADICTING THE "YOUR ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED" EMAIL. NOW THE RESPONSE IS STATING OTHERWISE. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND ORDER FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE REFUSING TO HAVE A SUPERIOR CONTACT ME OR PROVIDE COMPANY INFORMATION FOR MY BANK TO DISPUTE THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
