Flashing light at the bottom of the top… Flashing light at the bottom of the top display panel would not turn off. Contacted Sans and rep instructed to hold the flashing light button for 7 seconds. I followed instructions and the light is now solid. Great product 👍🌈

The BEST! Ever since I became a mom I became aware of the potential toxins that we breathe everyday in our own homes. It has been my mission to to my sons environment as clean and non toxic as much as possible. I began researching air purifiers and have tried NUMEROUS brands. I invested in a high quality air quality monitor to measure vocs, etc and let me tell you NONE of the purifiers that I've used have give me a consistent green light on my air quality monitor than SANS after using it for a couple of weeks. Works great Works great, the sound set on medium is peaceful. I like that you can watch the numbers go down as the air gets cleaner.
