Works great Works great, the sound set on medium is peaceful. I like that you can watch the numbers go down as the air gets cleaner.

I love my Sans! I love my Sans!! I have multiple health issues. Finding something that actually helps me is a real blessing!! My cat and I both breathe much better now.

Nice, quiet unit I have not had the product long but so far I like it. It’s incredibly quiet and I believe I notice a difference in the air quality. I like the variable fan speed and auto options. I did not rate 5 stars because I am disappointed that I can not replace the UV-C bulb. From my understanding, UV-C is only effective for a limited number of hours. I was told by their customer service that the bulb would last 7 years. Is that 7 years of continuous use? How many hours before the efficacy wanes?

Buyer Beware This is not True Sans, would you like to see a copy of the transcript conversation? I still have it. I replied back within minutes with the recording, which showed the problem in both machines. John didn't address the first issue at all. Of the second SANS unit issue, he only said not to worry as the warning light would probably come on in a few days to a week. When I pointed out I had changed the filters once before and reset both lights at the same time. So they both should have come on together or at least a week apart, that's when SANS stopped talking. Oh SANS don't you wanna talk anymore 😂 _____________ I purchased three units and they work decently. Not as great as they claim but it definitely helped with my allergies to an extent. Then I started experiencing minor problems with two of my units. When I brought the problem to the companies attention, the company line was, "This has never happened before." When I pointed out there is always a first they stopped talking. Decent product Really bad customer service. The reason you don't hear the negative is bc they block all bad press.
