GBI received my Sans air purifier and… I received my Sans air purifier and have used it non stop for five days. I can honestly say that with each day the quality of air gets better. I believe over time the air quality will continue to improve.only I really need another purifier because I move mine from room to room. I have not turned it off since I received it. It’s truly a great product so far. I wanted to wait longer before I reviewed, but I feel better already. I breathe better!! I had questions and the owner reached out immediately. It doesn’t get any better than that. It’s definitely not a product that requires a lot of reading to make it work but occasionally questions need to be answered. So with it all said, a great product and outstanding customer service, I’m looking forward to improving my quality of air.

GBIf you go on the web Sans isn’t even… If you go on the web Sans isn’t even listed on the list of best air purifyers. For this reason I’m out. Not into scamming

GBI have extreme allergies and I can… I have extreme allergies and I can immediate feel the difference in the air quality. I also like that it is easy to move from my bedroom to the main living area durning the day. Highly recommended

GBI signed up for their auto filter… I signed up for their auto filter replacement program because I live near a landfill having a chemical reaction, so this was very important and not a one-and-done. They notified me last month it was time but then nothing showed up. Come to find out they were on back-order. I had to research it. They NEVER notified me and my machine turned to a red signal notifying me it was time. Finally, they came in and it was shipped. I live in the same state and even the same area of the state of this business (southern CA) and now I am looking at day 6 and the filter is still NOT here. I have contacted them a few times now to find out they will NEVER let you speak to a human. All communication must be done online. No phone service. Now I discovered that they have handed off the delivery to UPS which notes they can't deliver because they need a code for a gate. I have NO gates and neither does my neighborhood. So, I contacted Sans and they told me to contact UPS. I am NOT UPS's customer I am Sans customer. I still don't have the filter and I have now cancelled the program with Sans which was not easy either. The program only has a skip delivery option, not a cancel. You have to contact their online customer service yet again. I have no proof they actually canceled it. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company. My time is more valuable than this bull. Zero for customer service. The product is okay but not quiet at all if you need to run it on high which we do need to do.

GBThe BEST! Ever since I became a mom I became aware of the potential toxins that we breathe everyday in our own homes. It has been my mission to to my sons environment as clean and non toxic as much as possible. I began researching air purifiers and have tried NUMEROUS brands. I invested in a high quality air quality monitor to measure vocs, etc and let me tell you NONE of the purifiers that I've used have give me a consistent green light on my air quality monitor than SANS after using it for a couple of weeks. I can feel and smell a difference. If your a concerned mom or anyone just looking for something to give you good quality air, look no further. This is the one, I promise you!!! I only wish this was invented sooner!! Thank you Sans!
