The BEST! Ever since I became a mom I became aware of the potential toxins that we breathe everyday in our own homes. It has been my mission to to my sons environment as clean and non toxic as much as possible. I began researching air purifiers and have tried NUMEROUS brands. I LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I SAW THIS ONE I GOT SO EXITED AND PURCHED IT. GOT IT DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS AND SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED WITHH THE QUALITY and the difference it made in our house. It is very quite and elegant looking. I highly recommend it.

Works great Works great, the sound set on medium is peaceful. I like that you can watch the numbers go down as the air gets cleaner.

It is quiet and energy efficient It is quiet and energy efficient. There is no noticible rise in my electric bill. I keep it on auto, 24/7, and that is perfect for me. I have allergies and the sneezing is significantly reduced from several times a day to just two or three. Living in a split level home had me questioning if it would work well, but it fulfills it's duty to clean the air. Love it!

Poor customer service I have been on hold for customer service for 28 minutes and then hung up. On the talk icon on the website I have waited for 30 minutes after entering my question and then disconnected.
