GB2 small sans & one large sans I wrote one review, they deleted it. I bought a small Sans for my bedroom because I have multiple medical issues. I then bought another one for an elderly man that I am caregiver to, THEN I bought a big unit for the kitchen and living room area. You advertised that the units would eliminate the dust issue in the house. It did not. The dust seems to be worse like it is just floating it around. Fraudulent advertising should be punishable with a huge fine! I've had all three now for at least 3 months. Your review tips says you want feedback and when I put my honest review, you deleted it, which is what I am sure you will do with this one.

GBNice, quiet unit I have not had the product long but so far I like it. It’s incredibly quiet and I believe I notice a difference in the air quality. I like the variable fan speed and auto options. I did not rate 5 stars because I am disappointed that I can not replace the UV-C bulb. From my understanding, UV-C is only effective for a limited number of hours. I was told by their customer service that the bulb would last 7 years. Is that 7 years of continuous use? How many hours before the efficacy wanes?

GBI've left an earlier review and as an… I've left an earlier review and as an additional piece of information, buyers need to be aware that they need to save the box and all packaging if they want to return the Sans for a refund. I was confident after reading so many glowing reviews and I didn't save the packaging. I'm out of luck. Additionally, the company has deleted my Facebook review. I'm very suspicious of the 5 Star reviews on their site.

GBBuyer Beware This is not True Sans, would you like to see a copy of the transcript conversation? I still have it. I replied back within minutes with the recording, which showed the problem in both machines. John didn't address the first issue at all. Of the second SANS unit issue, he only said not to worry as the warning light would probably come on in a few days to a week. When I pointed out I had changed the filters once before and reset both lights at the same time. So they both should have come on together or at least a week apart, that's when SANS stopped talking. Oh SANS don't you wanna talk anymore 😂 _____________ I purchased three units and they work decently. Not as great as they claim but it definitely helped with my allergies to an extent. Then I started experiencing minor problems with two of my units. When I brought the problem to the companies attention, the company line was, "This has never happened before." When I pointed out there is always a first they stopped talking. Decent product Really bad customer service. The reason you don't hear the negative is bc they block all bad press.

GBFlashing light at the bottom of the top… Flashing light at the bottom of the top display panel would not turn off. Contacted Sans and rep instructed to hold the flashing light button for 7 seconds. I followed instructions and the light is now solid. Great product 👍🌈
