GBFlashing light at the bottom of the top… Flashing light at the bottom of the top display panel would not turn off. Contacted Sans and rep instructed to hold the flashing light button for 7 seconds. I followed instructions and the light is now solid. Great product 👍🌈

GBI really love this product...example..I… I really love this product...example..I was telling my sister how well it automatically cleans the air, when my son came home from work , took his work boots off and set them beside the Sans...long story short..the machine went bezerk...blue light turned red and fan turned up on high..when the laughter from all subsided he decided he should clean his boots before coming in the house..lesson learned..well done Sans....well done :)

GBI LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I SAW THIS ONE I GOT SO EXITED AND PURCHED IT. GOT IT DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS AND SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED WITHH THE QUALITY and the difference it made in our house. It is very quite and elegant looking. I highly recommend it.

GBI've left an earlier review and as an… I've left an earlier review and as an additional piece of information, buyers need to be aware that they need to save the box and all packaging if they want to return the Sans for a refund. I was confident after reading so many glowing reviews and I didn't save the packaging. I'm out of luck. Additionally, the company has deleted my Facebook review. I'm very suspicious of the 5 Star reviews on their site.
