Buyer Beware This is not True Sans, would you like to see a copy of the transcript conversation? I still have it. I replied back within minutes with the recording, which showed the problem in both machines. John didn't address the first issue at all. Of the second SANS unit issue, he only said not to worry as the warning light would probably come on in a few days to a week. When I pointed out I had changed the filters once before and reset both lights at the same time. So they both should have come on together or at least a week apart, that's when SANS stopped talking. Oh SANS don't you wanna talk anymore 😂 _____________ I purchased three units and they work decently. Not as great as they claim but it definitely helped with my allergies to an extent. Then I started experiencing minor problems with two of my units. When I brought the problem to the companies attention, the company line was, "This has never happened before." When I pointed out there is always a first they stopped talking. Decent product Really bad customer service. The reason you don't hear the negative is bc they block all bad press.

Flashing light at the bottom of the top… Flashing light at the bottom of the top display panel would not turn off. Contacted Sans and rep instructed to hold the flashing light button for 7 seconds. I followed instructions and the light is now solid. Great product 👍🌈

I really love this product...example..I… I really love this product...example..I was telling my sister how well it automatically cleans the air, when my son came home from work , took his work boots off and set them beside the Sans...long story short..the machine went bezerk...blue light turned red and fan turned up on high..when the laughter from all subsided he decided he should clean his boots before coming in the house..lesson learned..well done Sans....well done :)

It is quiet and energy efficient It is quiet and energy efficient. There is no noticible rise in my electric bill. I keep it on auto, 24/7, and that is perfect for me. I have allergies and the sneezing is significantly reduced from several times a day to just two or three. Living in a split level home had me questioning if it would work well, but it fulfills it's duty to clean the air. Love it!

Featuring and a good pick. The delivery was timely and arrived in great condition. I want to say that I am confident that the air purifier will do the job that it was intended to do , but it’s too early to tell having it only a week. Air movement is on par with other machines in its class compared to others that I have owned i.e. the Orecks but not as powerful as a Kenmore hepa or something like that. Reserving one star for experience. Good price point by the way. I recommend!
