GBBuyer Beware This is not True Sans, would you like to see a copy of the transcript conversation? I still have it. I replied back within minutes with the recording, which showed the problem in both machines. John didn't address the first issue at all. Of the second SANS unit issue, he only said not to worry as the warning light would probably come on in a few days to a week. When I pointed out I had changed the filters once before and reset both lights at the same time. So they both should have come on together or at least a week apart, that's when SANS stopped talking. Oh SANS don't you wanna talk anymore 😂 _____________ I purchased three units and they work decently. Not as great as they claim but it definitely helped with my allergies to an extent. Then I started experiencing minor problems with two of my units. When I brought the problem to the companies attention, the company line was, "This has never happened before." When I pointed out there is always a first they stopped talking. Decent product Really bad customer service. The reason you don't hear the negative is bc they block all bad press.

GBThe BEST! Ever since I became a mom I became aware of the potential toxins that we breathe everyday in our own homes. It has been my mission to to my sons environment as clean and non toxic as much as possible. I began researching air purifiers and have tried NUMEROUS brands. I invested in a high quality air quality monitor to measure vocs, etc and let me tell you NONE of the purifiers that I've used have give me a consistent green light on my air quality monitor than SANS after using it for a couple of weeks. I can feel and smell a difference. If your a concerned mom or anyone just looking for something to give you good quality air, look no further. This is the one, I promise you!!! I only wish this was invented sooner!! Thank you Sans!

GBBest customer service experience of whole pandemic! I have never ever when ordering online received such responsive and throughly helpful customer service I have now added 2 Sans to our home health team! We have 2 hairy big doggies 4 family members that are human and also drag a lot of the outside indoors unintentionally as we are all huge outdoors periods all year long. We are excited to ha e a way to tell the air quality and love that we can see the numbers improve as the machines do their invaluable jobs bringing the level of pollutants down and cleansing the air we breathe at home Pure pleasure to have had such an comprehensive walk though via text with a rep for set up and to answer our many questions about why Sans Happy healthier home!

GBI have extreme allergies and I can… I have extreme allergies and I can immediate feel the difference in the air quality. I also like that it is easy to move from my bedroom to the main living area durning the day. Highly recommended
