GBCustomer service is horrible Customer service is horrible - I kept emailing them about my order with no response - I ended up reporting them to a company that handles that stuff. I also contacted my payment company and reported them. They are going to try and contact them.

GBFalse advertising False advertising! They advertise a a shearling sheep skin jacket. What you get is a very cheap imitation faux fur windbreaker! After contacting Lenovogo about the disappointing product, they offered a very small refund. Disgusting and dishonest company!
