AUCumulus max sent damaged goods refusing refund. Cumulus max sent damaged goods, when asked for a refund they refused. I apparently have been sent a replacement with the company blocking me from having contact with them. I have NOT received any replacement and have now raised a dispute with paypal in order to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will give you excuses of shipping delays because of covid. The damage product arrived very fast, the replacement has not arrived after 4 weeks.Cumulus Max are happy to take your money but refuse to refund when their product is damaged. UPDATE: This company now resorts to using the racist card because they dont like being reminded where COVID originated from.

GBBeen 13 weeks and still have not… Been 13 weeks and still have not received my product. They have terrible customer service. Took money out of my account right away. USPS says they have not received my product from them. I would never buy anything again from this company
