GBOrdering not transparent I order 2 x bags and then got another window that implied I was getting a further 75% off so selected the 2 bags only to realise I had been charged twice. I requested a full refund and have received my full refund today. Thank you Alora! Advice for the company is to make each step of an order much clearer to avoid any ambiguity for customers.

GBAvoid!! Avoid!! Ordering just the one bag, thinking the order hadn’t gone through you think you’re then getting a deal for 3 packs for the same price. They then take 2 lots of money out and if you try and cancel they say it’s too late and the order has shipped! Customer service is pretty poor and I’m now charged for something I don’t want! Funny how you can’t reply to their response on here. Have tried contacting them several times via email.. absolutely useless! Please don’t think about ordering..

AUI have just started drinking LULUTOX… I have just started drinking LULUTOX TEA. Tastes good (I put a little honey in) I have more energy already. A while back I bought the Detox foot patches and was really confused by the Website. I bought way too many. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and refunded all the packs I returned. Please read the Website carefully as it is very confusing. However the products I have bought are very good quality. Sandra (Australia)

GBWronglycharged I was fooled into being charged twice and for much more than I ordered. I tried to change the order but was refused so now I will try to stop my credit card payment. I thought I was paying £15 but they charged me twice and it's for over £78. I feel cheated and want a refund.
