GBDodgy ordering system I ordered 3 x bags and then got another window that implied I was getting a further 75% off so selected the 3 bags only to realise I had been charged twice. Upon realising this I tried to cancel and it asked for an order number which I never got an email or text confirming. I later received an order number and contacted them twice. Now I have been charged over £70 instead of the original price of £39.95.This is a rather dodgy way of doing business. I would appreciate it if somebody could contact me so I can sort my order out

GBWronglycharged I was fooled into being charged twice and for much more than I ordered. I tried to change the order but was refused so now I will try to stop my credit card payment. I thought I was paying £15 but they charged me twice and it's for over £78. I feel cheated and want a refund.

AUI was charged 3 times for more than I… I was charged 3 times for more than I ordered and couldn’t stop it so not impressed with that I had to contact my bank, some type of scam thay have set up I think so now I have a heap of this tea that does NOT taste anything like peach it’s actually a HORRIBLE taste..

GBSCAM AND FRAUD SCAM AND FRAUD The company is a fraud and a fake. The product is misleading and the Web site lures people in and changes them for a product they did not authorise and adds a subscription on top of that. This company is not ethical. STAY AWAY! You are spamming people of their money.
