Horrible Service- FRAUD Do NOT BUY- report to BBB Horrible Service- FRAUD Do NOT BUY reporting to BBB and disputing with bank! Purchased item Feb 2022 they kept telling me it was delayed, never arrived as of May. Requested a refund and now they email daily lying that their processing system is down but yet the same processing system is up to TAKE payments. Horrible frauds and don’t believe the “kind” emails that are all lies!

I love this site I love this site. The clothes are well designed and are quality materials. I recently received 4 items that I'll be giving as Xmas gifts and upon opening the package I realized they were too big. I reached out online about exchanging the items and received a response almost immediately. The process to exchange was well thought out and very easy. I definitely will be a return shopper!

I was excited to order from a black… I was excited to order from a black owned company, but when it took so long to arrive I had forgotten that I ordered anything at all. Then nothing (out of 3 items) fit correctly. You could see the glue used to close the sneaker on the front not to mention the sizing for the items were way off and the colors were also totally different than what was advertised. The final nail in the coffin was the absurd return policy for the items purchased. I will not be ordering from you all again.

Simisienna Simisienna products are just as vibrant as their website shows. I ordered 2 hoodies and was please with the quality and texture of both hoodies. Only draw back when ordering, it will take awhile for delivery however; well with the wait. I will be ordering from them again.
