Unimpressive product/ bad customer service The product is unimpressive, the order will come very very late, the customer service is tragicically bad. I ordered 3 weeks prior to xmas and the product arrived 12.29. I reached out multiple times... it took 3 weeks to get a response. I had no choice but to return. I never ever return - this is a first and it's because the company is BAD and the product is average and overpriced for the quality.

Terrible company Stay away from this company horrible service. I mailed my item back to them for exchange exactly as instructed and they have ghosted me in terms of a store credit or refund. I don’t have the time to include my documentation. At this point they have stolen my money.
