GBI ordered some sweatshirts for gifts I ordered some sweatshirts for gifts. I have reached out to them multiple times asking for a refund and they are not working with me. The sweatshirts do not align to the measurements they advertise, and they also have printing on the front that is not in the web page. Not to mention the printing is crooked. I cannot recommend ordering from them ever again. This has been a horrible experience trying to get a refund. what I ordered is not what I got. I am out $100.00. I cannot recommend this company

AUNot a good experience Not a good experience. Ordered an item advertised as solar powered. The delivery came with an ordinary battery powered lamp. Requested a replacement but was given the run around on delivery details. A replacement never arrived. Customer service was not good and it was only after a lot of persistence that they offered to refund half the money.

GBI have been shopping on hh160 since… I have been shopping on hh160 since February last year. During this period, there have been returns and exchanges. I am very satisfied that they are an honest store. I think I will always shop on hh160.

GBMarvel at hh160’s courage to take responsibility After I checked the logistics status and my package was lost by the logistics company, hh160 proactively asked me if I wanted to reissue the goods or get a full refund. I chose a refund and received a full refund within 2 hours.
