GBSCAM - Echoing the other reviews here Echoing the other reviews here, scam website after placing an order, received no confirmation email. I contacted their phone, email and chat. The "Lara" chat bot provided an order number and an email saying they would follow up with shipping info, one month later still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM

GBSCAM!!! SCAM!!!! NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEM. TOOK THE MONEY. HAVE BEEN DISPUTING IT WITH THE BANK FOR MONTHS!!!!! NO LONGER RESPONDING NOW THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE MONEY!!!

GBFraud, Scams, Lies As many others have been reporting, this website engages in Fraudulent Business Practices. I ordered before there were any bad reviews anywhere on the internet. My first clue that something was wrong was that there was a generic email thanking me for my order, but not for the specific item I had ordered. No invoice. No order number. No info to look the order up on the website. The rest of my experience is pretty much exactly what so many others have described. After being strung along for almost 4 weeks with no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, poor communication from the company (Lara), ultimately culminating in the company going communication dark on me, refusing to respond to my emails. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges to my CC which is in review by the CC company. Hopefully all these reviews will help take down this fake company that clearly engages in fraud. At the very least, save yourself some grief and avoid this company at all costs! Warn others, too!

GBScam site Scam site. They are registered with the California Secretary of State, but once the transaction processes - the transaction on your credit card shows a Virginia address. When calling said Virginia number, a gentlemen who knows nothing about the company answers. After multiple interactions with "Lara" the shipping date got pushed out over multiple weeks and they finally stopped responding altogether. Calls to their customer service number were never returned or answered. Stay away.

GBOrder issues I placed my order and never received a confirmation e-mail or receipt. When I asked the chat agent, Lara, about this I was told that she would create a ticket and her team would fix that -- I never did get the confirmation e-mail. I have asked in the chat a number of times about the status of my order. When there is no chat agent available, an automated message says a ticket was created and I would get an e-mail. I have not received an e-mail regarding my order status. I finally got in contact with the chat agent, and was told that there was an unforeseen issue with my order and that shipping was delayed. I asked why I hadn't been notified and was told that they have sent me an e-mail every day. I have not received any e-mails despite confirming my e-mail address on the order page and checking my spam. I hope that I am just unlucky, but this website feels like a scam after interacting with it and the support 'team'.
